Caring for you is our priority
The safety of our guests and team members is a top priority. We have provided our associates with helpful guidelines and safety information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Restaurant Association detailing how to identify COVID-19 symptoms and mitigate its transmission. We have also partnered with third parties suppliers to provide our restaurant with access to industry-standard cleaning and disinfecting supplies and have provided training to all employees to support our restaurant in achieving the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfection and hygiene.
As a result, we have set an even higher bar of cleanliness and developed new dining interaction protocols to take care of our customers and associates.
Our enhanced health, safety and cleaning process
Staying up-to-date and going above and beyond the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and state and local health officials to ensure the safety of our guests and team.
Increasing frequency of cleaning using hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas.
Training our staff on comprehensive COVID-19 protocols - detailing protection against the transmission of the virus, the importance of protective masks and equipment, and procedures in the case of a suspected or confirmed case.
Requiring protective masks and other equipment to be worn by all restaurant associates and all persons inside the restaurant, both guests and associates.
Prominently placing hand sanitizer stations throughout our restaurant public and employee areas and entrances.
Implementing social distancing signage, guidance, and spacing of furniture in all our public areas.
Implementing enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols for our restaurant, room service, and group meetings and events.
Your dining experience
Requiring reservations at all dining establishments to ensure guests are seated promptly and ample time to sanitize tables and chairs between guests.
We have completely reorganized our restaurant to allow at least 6 feet of distance between tables and reduced capacity.
